My approach to both counselling and supervision is very person centred, your input and your realistic ultimate goals are key to starting to explore the real you, always in an ethical safe confidential space.
- I offer counselling to individuals over the age of eighteen.
- Clinical Supervision for trainees (including mentoring) and qualified practitioners. Be it individually or in a small group.
- Face to Face support in Cardiff (CF10 2GB Cardiff City Centre & CF14 3NB Near Gabalfa Interchange) Please note both practises are on the first floor of the buildings and only accessible by stairs.
- Zoom support is available UK wide Tuesday to Friday
